We are part of the Prarieland Parish which also serves Brownsdale, Dexter, Grand Meadow and Sargeant. Sumner Center and Racine are in southeastern Minnesota within a short drive from Rochester, MN. We welcome all who are striving for a closer relationship with God. As Christians, we believe that God's grace is at work in all people. As communities of faith, we hope to nourish and support each other while growing in faith.
Sunday worship is at 10:30 a.m. at Sumner Center UMC. Sunday School is at 9:30 a.m. from Labor Day to Memorial Day. The Mission of the Sumner Center UMC: Sharing Christ with others so that they in turn can choose Christ.
